Role Description Sustains AFMSTT and C2SET legacy baselines; ensures uninterrupted training/simulation/stimulation support; manages legacy CR/DRs and supports transition to modernized systems. - Sustain/maintain legacy systems, models, and interfaces. - Ensures legacy operational sustainment of all operational training, simulation, and simulation artifacts. - Provide CR/DR changes, urgent exercise support, GitLab updates, OS/fielding changes. - Design and integrate legacy ASCCE and federation fielding. - Support transition engineering for attributes marked for modernization. Qualifications - Relevant AFMSTT/C2SET sustainment experience. - Experience with AWS/Azure and RESTful architecture. - 2+ years military planning/operations/wargaming. - 2+ years AOC simulation training. Requirements - Clearance: U.S. citizen; Secret clearance at award, TS/SCI eligibility may be required. - Travel: Must support CONUS/OCONUS travel to sustainment and exercise sites. - Cybersecurity/Compliance: Handle classified/CUI/CDI IAW DoD and NIST standards; remediate vulnerabilities on required timelines. • Own and maintain on-prem environments (BC14, BC22, KV10) • Keep the platform aligned with Microsoft releases (currently several versions behind) • Drive upgrades from C/AL to AL and from on-prem toward cloud-compatible solutions • Support and execute weekly KV8 → KV10 migrations (test and production) • Reduce single-person dependency in upgrades and migrations • Advise on and implement best practices for new Business Central features • Maintain and improve a multitenant on-prem architecture • Upgrade legacy integrations: Basic Auth & NTLM to OAuth • Ensure compatibility with: Business Central Finance, Sales & Purchase invoicing, SOAP web services, OCR invoice scanning, and other integrations • Transition .NET usage to cloud-compatible compilation • Identify technical risks and proactively propose solutions

• Collect and analyze error data from multiple internal and external sources • Consolidate, structure, and interpret error data to identify trends and root causes • Create clear, structured, and audience-adapted analysis and status reports for different stakeholders (Aptiv Management, Customer, Project Teams, etc.) • Cooperate with customers to clarify reported errors and align on resolution progress • Support the Project Manager by providing accurate and timely reporting on error resolution activities and overall progress • Monitor and track team progress related to reported error resolution • Coordinate closely with local and remote E&S (Engineering & Support) teams • Ensure tasks are executed in compliance with E&S and TCK quality standards, processes, and schedules • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, reporting methods, and professional skills • Maintain a professional company image in all internal and external interactions • Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality rules and proper handling of company and customer data

• Develop energy efficiency concepts: You translate customer and market requirements into application-specific concepts (use cases, architecture, feasibility, customer value). • Select and qualify specialist planners: You identify and support suitable design consultants and specifiers based on expertise, segment and region. • Build and maintain a network: You establish and manage a reliable network of specifiers, planners and contractors, including knowledge sharing, advisory support and regular touchpoints. • Coordinate with our channel sales and European segment teams: You synchronize priorities, roadmaps and milestones, share market and partner insights and ensure consistent execution. • Specifications & tenders: You maintain internal and external spec tools, prepare tender texts, drawings, compliance matrices and support RFI/RFP processes. • Transparency & reporting: You keep CRM data up to date and report regularly on inbound inquiries, spec-in offers and influenced pipeline value.
