Oncology Therapeutic Specialist
AbbVie
• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives • Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluation to improve sales performance • Handle objections and concerns logically to close sales calls • Support key stakeholders' needs to build trusted relationships • Execute a call plan to optimize coverage of key customers • Build understanding of customer and patient needs, territory landscape, and competitors • Share market intelligence information with team members • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with healthcare providers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or equivalent
- Minimum of three to five years in a Specialty Sales role with a strong clinical background within the pharmaceutical industry
- Oncology experience preferred
- Established relationships with existing hematology HCP targets in territory
- In-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge in hematology-oncology
- Hospital network skills are critical
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be fluent in English and French, both verbal and written
- Position requires evening/weekend work from time to time, including overnight travel
