• Respecter les résultats de vente, les objectifs de rendements clés relatifs aux marques • Planifier et évaluer les visites afin d’améliorer continuellement les résultats de vente • Répondre efficacement aux objections et aux préoccupations • Répondre de manière proactive et continue aux besoins, aux attentes et aux défis des parties intéressées clés • Mettre à exécution un plan de visite qui respecte les paramètres établis et optimise la couverture des clients clés • Bâtir continuellement une compréhension des besoins et des attentes des clients et des patients
Job Requirements
- Baccalauréat en sciences biologiques, en pharmacie, en sciences infirmières ou dans un domaine connexe, ou l’équivalent
- Minimum de trois à cinq ans d’expérience dans un poste de représentant auprès des spécialistes
- Expérience en oncologie est préférée
- Connaissance scientifique et thérapeutique approfondie de l’hématologie-oncologie et du marché canadien
- Aptitudes éprouvées pour la vente et techniques de présentation exceptionnelles
- Capacité démontrée à joindre les professionnels de la santé en personne dans le contexte post-COVID
- Expérience de Veeva Engage, un atout
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Maîtrise de la technologie et des interactions sur des plateformes virtuelles (Zoom, Veeva Engage, Microsoft Teams)
