• Make a high volume of outbound calls to home improvement contractors from provided lead lists • Introduce LHI clearly and confidently, and gauge each contractor’s interest • Book qualified appointments on the sales team’s calendars • Log every call and appointment accurately in HubSpot • Hit weekly goals for conversations held and appointments set
Job Requirements
- Previous outbound calling, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or phone sales experience preferred
- A clear, confident, friendly phone presence
- Comfort with high call volume and a consistent daily rhythm
- Organized and reliable — you log your work and keep the calendar full
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable working in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated and dependable, especially in a remote setting
- Bonus points for experience in home improvement, contracting, home services, or financing
