Guidehouse
• Guidehouse is seeking a Communications and Content Specialist to support a federal public health client • Develop, edit, and manage clear, accurate, accessible, and clearance-ready materials that support public health programs • Translate complex public health, technical, data, and program information into clear written materials • Prepare clearance-ready documents, briefings, summaries, web content, fact sheets, and stakeholder-facing materials • Support content development for public health dissemination products • Maintain documentation repositories, content trackers, assignment logs, and web-ready materials • Support clearance tracking and coordination for materials requiring Government review and approval prior to external release • Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in communications, technical writing, public health content development, stakeholder communications, or a related field
- Experience developing written materials for technical, programmatic, or public health audiences
- Strong writing, editing, content management, and quality review skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, audience-appropriate products
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality deliverables under deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
