Role Description You will own casino end to end and report directly to the Co-CEO. Your remit includes slots, RNG and live casino games. You will curate the launch library and the discovery experience, and you will run the exclusive-game programme — proprietary slots, instant games and live formats commissioned from studios, designed for the Yes audience that discovers and shares games on TikTok and Instagram. - Build the launch casino and live casino lobbies as media-rich, swipe-to-play discovery experiences. - Decide what we curate from suppliers and how it is presented. - Own the exclusive-game development: commission proprietary slots, instant and social crash games from studios. - Make the mechanical design calls that shape the games. - Tune the games we offer — RTP, volatility, max win — per market and per audience. - Manage certification timelines to ensure launches are on schedule. - Own Live Casino products: curate the live table and game show games in our offering. - Manage branded-table relationships with partner studios and design bespoke shows and new live formats. - Work closely with analytics on competitive and performance data. - Collaborate with creative on art and IP. - Coordinate with engineering on platform integration and product content generation pipeline. Qualifications - Deep casino product expertise. - Developed literacy in game mechanics and math across slots, instant games, crash and live tables. - Understanding of RTP, volatility and max win, with the ability to reason about tuning them. - A next-big-thing instinct with the ability to read the competitive landscape. - Judgment to commission and shape original games, lobbies and experiences. - Ability to own and manage slots, live casino and instants. - Understanding of what young, social-first players want. Requirements - 3+ years of working experience in casino operators (e.g., 888, Unibet, LeoVegas, BetMGM, VirginCasino, etc.). - 3+ years of product development and/or product management experience. - Experience in fast-growing businesses and/or startups. Nice to have - Interest in emerging betting, gaming and other entertainment formats. - Experience in launching products in regulated industry. Location We would prefer you based in London or Malta. We will consider a fully remote arrangement for an exceptional candidate.
