Role Description You will own casino end to end and report directly to the Co-CEO. Your remit includes slots, RNG and live casino games. You will curate the launch library and the discovery experience, and you will run the exclusive-game programme — proprietary slots, instant games and live formats commissioned from studios, designed for the Yes audience that discovers and shares games on TikTok and Instagram. - Build the launch casino and live casino lobbies as media-rich, swipe-to-play discovery experiences. - Decide what we curate from suppliers and how it is presented. - Own the exclusive-game development: commission proprietary slots, instant and social crash games from studios. - Make the mechanical design calls that shape the games. - Tune the games we offer — RTP, volatility, max win — per market and per audience. - Manage certification timelines to ensure launches are on schedule. - Own Live Casino products: curate the live table and game show games in our offering. - Manage branded-table relationships with partner studios and design bespoke shows and new live formats. - Work closely with analytics on competitive and performance data. - Collaborate with creative on art and IP. - Coordinate with engineering on platform integration and product content generation pipeline. Qualifications - Deep casino product expertise. - Developed literacy in game mechanics and math across slots, instant games, crash and live tables. - Understanding of RTP, volatility and max win, with the ability to reason about tuning them. - A next-big-thing instinct with the ability to read the competitive landscape. - Judgment to commission and shape original games, lobbies and experiences. - Ability to own and manage slots, live casino and instants. - Understanding of what young, social-first players want. Requirements - 3+ years of working experience in casino operators (e.g., 888, Unibet, LeoVegas, BetMGM, VirginCasino, etc.). - 3+ years of product development and/or product management experience. - Experience in fast-growing businesses and/or startups. Role Description We are building our own product components — cashier, gamification, feeds — that ship natively to iOS, Android and web, powered by the EveryMatrix core. You are the first product design hire who owns how they look, feel and behave across all three channels. This is a hands-on IC role. You design, you ship, and you work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering every day. No hand-off-and-walk-away. What you'll do - Own the end-to-end UX of our components — flows, interaction, visual design, edge/empty/error states — from first sketch to shipped pixels. - Design once, render three times. Define each component as a single design spec that iOS, Android and web all implement. - Build and steward our design system and design tokens — colour, type, spacing and component patterns shipped as one versioned, governed token set. - Shape the composable architecture itself. Sit in the architecture conversation with engineering. - Design within hard boundaries. Regulated and money state lives in EveryMatrix; editorial content lives in our CMS. - Define behaviour parity — success, empty, expiry, error — once, so three platforms don't invent three different screens. - Move at startup speed. Work in fast, tight loops with creatives, engineers and product. Qualifications - 5+ years designing shipped digital products, with deep hands-on craft in interaction and visual design. - Proven experience designing native mobile (iOS and Android) alongside web — and a real grasp of where the platforms differ. - You think in systems and components, not just screens. You have built or owned a design system and worked with design tokens. - Highly collaborative and fast. Comfortable designing in the open, iterating live with creatives and engineers. - Fluent in Figma; able to spec a component so an engineer can build it without guessing. - Strong communicator who can hold a clear design rationale and defend the user against scope creep. Requirements - iGaming, fintech, or other regulated/real-money product experience (nice to have). - Worked against a third-party backend or platform (EveryMatrix or similar) and a headless CMS (nice to have). - Familiarity with accessibility standards and localisation (we launch in Danish, then Finnish and Romanian) (nice to have). - Interest and experience with agentic AI products and workflows (nice to have). The first 90 days - Get fluent in the brand design system and language, app architecture and constraints. - Partner with engineering to stand up the design-token and component foundations. - Ship the design for our first owned component, the cashier, across all three channels. You will take a competitive sportsbook live in Denmark, then build the offering and betting market catalogue to fit our brand and customer audience. There is no layer between you and the decisions, and you will carry the vertical from launch into many other markets. The product runs on EveryMatrix and OddsMatrix underneath, with a frontend and middleware we own on top. Part of your job is knowing exactly where that line sits — what we ask our partners to build versus what we build ourselves — and prioritising for speed with a small team. What you will do - Take a competitive launch sportsbook live in Denmark for H2 2026, with the depth that matters to our bettors, the right mechanics, promotional features and markets offering. - Keep the offering competitive where parity matters and create an edge where we can. - Stay on top of liability and exposure, and work with internal stakeholders to manage as the book grows. - Build and own a fixed-odds catalogue across relevant categories, designed to bring in both existing bettors as well as an audience that does not yet bet on sport. - Own the betting conversion funnels, including from free to play products into real-money bets, and help embed video, streaming and social betting features into the experience. - Work closely with marketing, engineering, creative, compliance and other internal stakeholders. Qualifications - Deep betting-product expertise. - A strong feel for liability and exposure. - Fundamental understanding of prediction markets and their appeal. - Forward-thinking with knowledge of emerging trends in betting. - An understanding of the younger audience and their values. - The judgment to build fast against a platform.
