SAP WM Functional Consultant, German Speaker

• Preparing and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze warehouse management requirements. • Translating business requirements into SAP WM configuration and functional solutions. • Performing detailed analysis of warehouse and logistics processes and proposing effective SAP solutions. • Configuring and testing SAP WM functionalities according to business needs. • Supporting integration activities between SAP WM and other SAP modules, including MM, SD, PP, QM, and EWM where applicable. • Maintaining and updating project documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, configuration documents, and testing documentation. • Creating Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and supporting technical teams during development activities. • Supporting data migration, master data validation, and warehouse-related data preparation activities. • Participating in end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support. • Collaborating with global and local teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of SAP WM consulting experience and ideally one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) configuration and support.
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, including: Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Putaway, Picking, Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory, Batch Management, Handling Units.
- Experience integrating SAP WM with MM, SD, PP, and QM.
- Experience supporting testing activities, defect resolution, and business process validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent German (spoken and written).
- Professional English communication skills.

Role Description Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Administrador/a Senior SAP para incorporarse a un importante proyecto tecnológico. Participarás en un entorno crítico y de alta disponibilidad, colaborando en la gestión, supervisión y resolución de incidencias sobre sistemas SAP y su ecosistema, garantizando la continuidad del servicio y el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio establecidos. Además, formarás parte de un servicio con cobertura para incidencias críticas, asegurando una respuesta ágil y eficiente ante situaciones de alta prioridad e impacto en negocio. Qualifications - Experiencia de entre 5 y 9 años en administración de entornos SAP. - Experiencia imprescindible en SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA y SAP PI/PO. - Experiencia imprescindible en entornos Cluster SAP. - Experiencia en resolución de incidencias críticas y soporte en entornos de alta disponibilidad. - Experiencia en gestión de incidencias, peticiones y cambios mediante herramientas de ticketing como BMC Remedy o similares. - Capacidad de interlocución con cliente, trabajo en equipos multidisciplinares y orientación a la mejora continua.
