• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. • Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to expand the customer base. • Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring consistent follow-up with leads and existing customers. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly. • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that support sales initiatives. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales/ direct sales, preferably in the Fire industry.
- Strong skills in lead generation and territory management.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Proficient in analyzing data to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.

• Interact with customers vis telephone or email to address inquiries, resolve problems, process payments, and provide information on visit insurance processing • Analyze customer concerns and issues, troubleshoot problems and work towards a satisfactory resolution • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers • Record customer interactions, issue and resolutions accurately in the NG patient chart • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions • Relay customer feedback to supervisors to assist in problem-solving and establishing best practices • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions even when dealing with challenging or upset customers.
