Role Description Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to manage TPAction's innovative and large Chase The Vote initiative field staff personnel. Day-to-day responsibilities include: - Daily communication, training, and guiding ballot chasers across the state of Arizona. - Hiring and building a community of the nation's most aggressive and highly skilled ballot chasers in recent American history. - Working in tandem with the Enterprise Director to ensure that the staff is happy, successful, and well taken care of. Qualifications - 1 year managing field staff, grassroots campaign, office, or relevant experience. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets). - Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. - Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned. - Unmatched passion for conservative politics. - Flexibility and enthusiasm for a dynamic, self-directed work environment. - Unrelenting, positive attitude. - Strong work ethic and goal-oriented. - Self-starter and self-motivated. - Punctual and very responsive. - Ethical and responsible behavior. - Innovative nature & desire to try new things. Requirements - Experience in grassroots organizing. - Team management experience. - Executive leadership experience. - Valid driver license, a reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable. - Pass a background check.
