Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate, facilities management, operations, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CMMS and operations technology platforms (Corrigo experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to support large-scale initiatives and cross-functional programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across teams, time zones, and organizational levels
- Innovative thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Role Description As Senior Legal Operations Analyst, Contract Lifecycle Management Strategy and Optimization, you will help redesign how UKG contracts at scale. Sitting at the center of Legal, Revenue, Procurement, Finance, and information technology (IT), you will translate business and legal objectives into automated workflows that improve revenue velocity, vendor efficiency, risk management, and user experience. - Design and optimize end-to-end contract workflows, including intake, routing, approvals, self-service, and automation. - Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT to align contracting with upstream and downstream business processes. - Build reporting that surfaces cycle time, risk trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve forecasting, deal strategy, and vendor management. - Lead enablement, training, documentation, and change management so business users adopt intuitive contracting experiences. - Define and execute a forward-looking contract lifecycle management roadmap, including artificial intelligence-assisted review, obligation tracking, and advanced automation. Benefits The pay range for this position is $90,900 to $130,700. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
