Senior DevOps Engineer

Acuity, Inc.

• Build and manage Azure resources (VNets, Load Balancers, Key Vault, Container Registry, etc.) through Terraform and Bicep. • Support deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting of AKS clusters. • Implement and enhance pipelines in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, integrating automated testing and security scanning. • Contribute to GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux for consistent deployments. • Improve metrics, alerting, and dashboards via Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Azure Monitor. • Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational processes. • Participate in production incident management, troubleshooting, and blameless postmortems. • Collaborate with development and QA teams to implement DevOps best practices and self-service capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles with strong hands-on Azure and Kubernetes experience.
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, and GitHub Actions (or Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with GitOps methodologies and tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
  • Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity, and security fundamentals.
  • Experience with observability tooling: Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
  • Scripting/automation experience (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • SaaS or cloud-native platform experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be able to consistently work EST hours.

This role partners closely with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable systems while driving improvements in infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, and operational excellence.
