Resource Innovations is seeking a Residential Field Technician in Indiana to support the field team delivering the Inflation Reduction Act Program. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-home Energy Efficiency audits and ensuring quality control for our HOMES and HEAR programs. This program offers no-cost home energy audits that help customers identify opportunities to reduce energy use and utility costs through energy-efficient upgrades such as heat pumps, electric appliances, and insulation. By leveraging advanced software tools and expert recommendations—and by covering a significant portion of project costs while offering additional rebates for high-impact energy savings—the program makes it more affordable for homeowners to improve comfort, efficiency, and overall energy performance. In this role, you will serve as a customer-focused field technician with proficiency in BPI standards and related certifications. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-home audits and visual inspections of installed energy-efficiency measures. This includes inspecting all areas of the home—such as foundations, basements, crawlspaces, and mechanical systems—to ensure proper installation and operation. Based on program needs and workload, you may also support the broader field auditing team. The inspector is responsible for accurately documenting and verifying installed equipment, including photographing installations and confirming systems are functioning as intended. When inspections identify deficiencies or non-compliance, you will collaborate closely with the program team to define, track, and verify appropriate corrective actions. The ideal candidate will bring experience in energy auditing, building science, home inspections or related fields, along with established relationships within housing, rebate/incentive programs, and community development. Strong leadership skills, a focus on team building and customer service, and knowledge of relevant standards and practices, particularly BPI certifications, are essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities will set you apart. Your oversight will extend to residential weatherization, HVAC, and water heating installation inspections, as you review QA/QC findings to ensure program integrity. Working with partners to identify and implement effective solutions based on audit findings and client feedback will be key to your success. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Resource Innovations’ program solutions. Duties and Responsibilities - Perform residential site visits to verify HVAC systems, insulation, windows, lighting, appliances, and building envelope. - Use diagnostic tools such as blower doors, combustion analyzers, and infrared cameras to assess air leakage and energy performance. - Collect and analyze utility data, homeowner usage patterns, and building specifications. - Utilize provided software tools to input all above data and prioritize recommendations for energy-saving improvements. - Perform post-installation inspections to verify completion and effectiveness of energy upgrades. - Ensure compliance with applicable standards and program requirements. - Collaborate with contractors, utility representatives, and program managers as needed. - Maintain accurate records and submit documentation in a timely manner. - Other duties as assigned.

• Review batches of exam questions provided by the Kaplan Content Specialist. • Evaluate questions against a provided checklist, ensuring they accurately reflect the style, content, and difficulty of the official exam. • When needed, make necessary revisions and improvements to questions to enhance their quality and exam relevance. • Submit marked-up Google Docs for each batch, clearly tracking all changes using Google Docs' Track Changes feature. • Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and current with the latest Certified Internal Auditor Exam specifications. • Adhere to Kaplan's requested style guide in all revisions and submissions. • Participate in Kaplan's standard content review cycle, addressing feedback on clarity, accuracy, formatting, and presentation. • Rephrase and revise content to align with test-likeness. • Respond to all review queries within 2 business days, or earlier if requested. • Adhere to specified timelines for each batch of questions, as communicated by the Content Specialist.

• Responsible for analyzing, reviewing and providing feedback when performing quality assurance activities and completing QA audits, including but not limited to: Ensuring all federal and state coding guidelines and regulations are met as well as payer guidelines • Provide effective feedback to the global coding teams to aid in their successful coding of BOOST clients • Maintaining a communication log to show successful training of the global coding team when coding trends or issues are found • Report all coding trends and issues to the department lead as they are identified • Review target cases per month based on the ModMed Quality Assurance SOP • Accurately document their daily audit results in the Daily Audit Log and communicate coding resolutions to the BOOST or global coding teams • Collaborate with the global coding teams on inquiries, clarifications, QA rebuttals and training requests • Work alongside coding leadership in regards to global coding teams training of coding processes as well as attending remote coding sessions with the global coding teams • Help with other daily communications between the internal BOOST RCM teams and the Auditing team in regards to other coding inquiries or issues • Perform BOOST special Quality Assurance audits on the global coding teams • Perform BOOST or Compliance audits when requested by BOOST or other ModMed staff which help to determine coding compliance or client documentation issues • Support in the review, appeal and follow-up of third-party (RAC, CERT, etc.) audits • Assist in review and maintenance of coding guidelines, coding scrub edits and/or practice coding instructions and assist with continuous quality improvement by helping with the process of implementation and carry through of coding protocols and procedures • Collaborate with fellow coding/auditing team members to maintain department compliance and effectiveness • Responsible for obtaining continuing education units (CEU) for maintaining coding certification(s)

• Assist with planning, fieldwork, and documentation of audits and reviews of laboratory revenue cycle operations to assess compliance with regulatory requirements. • Analyze billing data and trends to detect and prevent fraud, waste, abuse, and potential coding issues through the use of data analytics. • Conduct and document audits and reviews of third party vendors, international distributors, and interactions with HCPs/HCIs and other high-risk interactions to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy. • Work with other compliance and legal staff to investigate and resolve reported compliance concerns related to revenue cycle functions. • Maintain awareness of the federal, state, and local regulatory environment related to the reimbursement of laboratory services to monitor relevance to the Exact Sciences’ Compliance Program. • Identify potential weaknesses in revenue cycle functions and activities and proactively suggest improvements to address them. • Lead walkthroughs, document narratives, and test assigned processes and controls for Exact Sciences’ laboratory entities to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and processes. • Prepare internal audit reports, participate in close meetings, and present summaries internally. • Make process improvement suggestions to company management based on audit results. • Follow up on outstanding compliance issues from previous audits. • Liaise with external auditors including, but not limited to, documentation, testing, coordination, and follow ups related to findings, as needed. • Utilize interdepartmental collaboration skills to engage across teams. • Ability to analyze processes and determine if adequate controls are in place and appropriate for the related activity. • Ability to take direction and independently work towards achievement of projects. • Ability to articulate complex information into understandable terms and effectively communicate at all levels within an organization. • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance. • Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization. • Ability to work designated schedule. • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day. • Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously. • Ability to use a telephone through a headset. • Ability to travel 25% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
