Job Requirements
- 7-10+ years of Life Insurance Underwriting experience with proven proficiency in underwriting processes and philosophies
- Ability to handle advanced decision level authorities without a co-signature (1 Million or higher)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Critical thinking skills and attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events
- Ability to interpret meaning of information for others; translating or explaining what information means and how it can be used
- Ability to develop specific goals, plan, and prioritize work
