• Responsible for operational support and professional business guidance for franchise owners • Ensure compliance with operational and procedural standards • Address operational issues and support business analysis • Conduct in-person and virtual training for studios • Lead monthly collaboration calls with Franchise Owners • Lead webinars and facilitate regional meetings • Collaborate with the Support Center to implement new programs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 5–10 years of success supporting franchisees, working in a franchised business, or in a field operations position
  • Multi-unit management experience preferred
  • Experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industries is a plus; familiarity with personal training or boutique fitness concepts is particularly valuable
  • Solid business acumen with excellent analytical and financial skills
  • Strong influencing skills with ability to motivate a Franchise Owner into action

Role Description As Senior Legal Operations Analyst, Contract Lifecycle Management Strategy and Optimization, you will help redesign how UKG contracts at scale. Sitting at the center of Legal, Revenue, Procurement, Finance, and information technology (IT), you will translate business and legal objectives into automated workflows that improve revenue velocity, vendor efficiency, risk management, and user experience. - Design and optimize end-to-end contract workflows, including intake, routing, approvals, self-service, and automation. - Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT to align contracting with upstream and downstream business processes. - Build reporting that surfaces cycle time, risk trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve forecasting, deal strategy, and vendor management. - Lead enablement, training, documentation, and change management so business users adopt intuitive contracting experiences. - Define and execute a forward-looking contract lifecycle management roadmap, including artificial intelligence-assisted review, obligation tracking, and advanced automation. Qualifications - 3+ years experience configuring, administering, or optimizing contract lifecycle management platforms. - Experience designing cross-functional processes with Legal, Revenue, Procurement, Finance, operations, or IT partners. - Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use contract data, reporting, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Ability to influence stakeholders, document processes, lead change management, and drive improvements without waiting for perfect direction.
