Job Description

Bilingual Community Manager – English, Spanish

• Plan, schedule, and distribute the firm’s content on Meta Business Suite (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok Studio, LinkedIn, and YouTube, 14 days in advance, ensuring consistency with the firm’s voice, tone, and brand guidelines. • Design and implement the multichannel content strategy (social media, web, and other digital channels) aimed at driving conversions, building community loyalty, and strengthening the firm’s digital reputation. • Lead content ideation for the creative team, documenting each idea (format, visual reference, target platform, and execution guidelines) and tracking it from concept through to published piece. • Analyze social media trends, audience behavior, competitors, and industry best practices every 14 days to propose high-impact content. • Follow up with the creative team (graphic designer and content creator) to ensure editorial deadlines are met, escalating any blockers or delays promptly. • Monitor the most relevant metrics for each active social network, produce bi-weekly comparative reports, and implement data-driven improvements. • Stay current on new features, algorithm changes, and trends on each platform, sharing key learnings with the team.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and digital community management.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English).
  • Proficiency in content management and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills.
  • Analytical ability to measure results and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Organization and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
