Territory Sales Manager
Allstate
• Position is responsible for consistently exceeding agreed upon new business production, direct written premium, and loss ratio goals. • Effectively manage the independent agents of an assigned market to increase company market share. • Position and promote full suite of National General Insurance products into Independent Agency Partners. • Develop and maintain the assigned market’s new agency appointment pipeline. • Consults with Independent Agent’s to gather market intel to help promote and position National General products. • Role uses full suite of production data to identify trends and capitalize on opportunities. • Collaborates with Independent Agents to assist with agency-specific strategic business plans.
Job Requirements
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
