• Support the Field Safety Director and Vice President of Safety in implementation and oversight of safety, health, and environmental programs. • Collaborate with field and operations leadership to promote Camping World’s “True North” safety culture, maintain regulatory compliance, mitigate operational risk, and ensure timely completion of corrective actions. • Implement and support regional safety programs, standards, and initiatives for consistent application across assigned dealerships and service centers. • Provide guidance to local leaders and Team Members for safe work practices and accountability. • Conduct field visits, workplace observations, safety inspections, and corrective action follow-up to verify compliance and drive continuous improvement. • Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, fire code, and company safety requirements. • Reinforce required controls for various safety measures. • Support incident response, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action development.

• Direct the management of multiple locations within an assigned geographic area dedicated to meeting the equipment rental needs of the construction industry, industrial and commercial companies • Establish financial goals for all branches within the district • Direct the planning and implementation of budgets at the branch level, provide guidance and input to Branch Managers • Coordinate and oversee district sales efforts and business initiatives, provide coaching and guidance to branch management and Outside Sales Reps • Partner with region finance team to evaluate and interpret results in all KPI areas, develop recommendations for corrective actions • Collaborate with Region Fleet Director to improve fleet optimization, participate/provide input on auctions, trade packages, etc. • Collaborate with Branch Managers and Regional Sales team to evaluate market trends, key accounts/customers, business conditions and competitive practices • Collaborate with the Region Safety Manager to ensure the support of prescribed safety programs, including audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, and DOT regulations • Ensure business operations are in accordance with Company Policy and Procedure Bulletins

• Develops a proactive plan of care to address identified issues • Uses clinical tools and information/data review to conduct an evaluation of member's needs and benefits • Applies clinical judgment for strategies to reduce risk factors and barriers • Conducts assessments considering information from various sources • Uses a holistic approach to assess the need for referrals to clinical resources • Collaborates with healthcare supervisors and stakeholders • Utilizes case management processes in compliance with regulatory and company policies • Utilizes motivational interviewing skills for maximum member engagement • Interacts with members/clients telephonically or in-person • May meet with members/clients in various settings for ongoing case management services

• Facilitate the delivery of appropriate benefits and/or healthcare information which determines eligibility for benefits while promoting wellness activities. • Develops, implements and supports Health Strategies, tactics, policies and programs that ensure the delivery of benefits and to establish overall member wellness and successful and timely return to work. • Services and strategies, policies and programs are comprised of network management, clinical coverage, and policies.
