• Lead the design and implementation of Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning Management system. • Play a critical role overseeing the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to understand talent management and learning requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Design and architect solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other reporting tools while adhering to best practices and industry standards. • Identify opportunities for system enhancements, oversee deployment of system upgrades, and propose innovative solutions to optimize the performance management process, drive automation, and improve user experience. • Lead configuration of Workday security segments, user-based security groups, role-based security, etc. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Workday learning application, providing technical support and recommendations for improvements, and troubleshooting LMS-related issues. • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configuration, design documents, process workflows, testing plans, and implementation guides. • Monitor Workday Talent and Learning applications performance, provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Stay current with Workday updates in Talent and LMS and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and enhancements to existing applications.
