• Collaborates with the Design Director and Editor-in-Chief to define and maintain visual and brand-design standards • Assist in identifying, hiring and managing photographers, videographers, and other visual artists • Grow and maintain a network of leading contributors in visual media • Assist in planning and execution for on-location photo and video shoots • Lead Wildsam book design • Collaborate with the Digital Editor on as-needed digital publication design • Provide design support to marketing and sales outreach efforts
• Supports leaders and employees with day-to-day HR needs, including policy interpretation, performance management, employee relations, and general HR inquiries. • Supports employee relations team in investigations and complex employee issues, recommends/implements courses of action based on investigation results. • Maintains accurate and timely updates in HR systems and ensures all HR documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes. • Supports new store openings, acquisitions and staffing activities by coordinating HR-related tasks and documentation. • Conducts field visits as needed to support execution of HR processes, provide guidance to leaders, and supports team members. • Partners with HR COE to ensure proper handling of escalations and specialized HR processes. • Tracks and reports on basic HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and employee relations trends with field and leadership teams. • Ensures consistent application of company policies and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Assist sales desk in structuring deals. • Select appropriate lender, secure approval, obtain customer commitment, & finalize delivery. • Consistently adhere to all F&I office processes and flow of contracts. • Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I Pvr. • Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations. • Manage scheduling hours and staffing. • Participate weekly in sales meetings in regard to F&I training and issues. • Assist General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures. • Work an off-site event for Camping World as required.
• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise security technologies, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), and Secure Web Gateways (SWG). • Monitor, audit, and maintain network security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure web gateways to protect the CWGS's IT infrastructure from unauthorized access, cyber-attacks, and other security risks • Lead comprehensive security assessments and threat modeling to identify architectural weaknesses; drive the roadmap for necessary infrastructure upgrades. • Design, implement, and enforce advanced security policies and procedures that align with global organizational goals. • Act as a technical lead and mentor to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous security awareness. • Serve as a primary escalation point for complex security incidents, leading forensic analysis and post-mortem remediation efforts. • Proactively research and integrate emerging security trends and automation tools to streamline security operations. • Provide input and recommendations for improving the company's security posture.
• Lead engineering teams responsible for delivering consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile experiences • Collaborate with the Director of Product Management to align on roadmaps, priorities, and trade-offs • Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization • Ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems that support key business functions including: RV search, browsing, and lead generation flows eComm search, browsing, purchase capabilities Customer ownership portal (service scheduling, order tracking, RV management) • Drive predictable, high-quality delivery through strong planning, prioritization, and agile execution practices • Ensure strong incident management, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes • Define and evolve the technical architecture to support an integrated, omnichannel customer experience • Drive modernization efforts, including cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and platform scalability • Ensure systems are designed for performance, security, resilience, and extensibility • Establish best practices for system design, code quality, testing, and observability • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineering managers and engineers • Build a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement • Drive hiring, retention, and development of top engineering talent • Establish clear goals, career paths, and performance expectations for team members.
• Support the Social Community Experience Team in daily community management across multiple social platforms. • Monitor and engage with online communities to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships. • Manage customer inquiries and expectations through clear, timely, and professional communication. • Stay informed on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to identify new engagement opportunities. • Assist with reporting and analytics to track community performance and growth.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for Generative AI and Agentic AI security, providing technical guidance on secure design, model hardening, and privacy-preserving architectures. • Conduct deep-dive threat modeling and risk assessments for complex AI systems, specifically addressing risks like prompt injection, model inversion, and supply chain attacks. • Perform and/or support specialized security testing, assessments and adversarial simulations on AI models and agentic workflows to identify vulnerabilities. • Define and support the implementation of security guardrails, best practices, and custom tooling to ensure secure AI development at scale. • Monitor and analyze security events and AI system logs to detect anomalous or unauthorized behavior in generative and agentic systems including oversight over unauthorized access to sensitive company data. • Research and stay current with the latest security controls, threats and vulnerabilities in AI. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that privacy and security are primary considerations in AI development and operation across CWGS. • Work with senior analysts and engineers to investigate and respond to security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance • Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements • Keep supervisor appraised of work progress • Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee • Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
• Act as a technical bridge between security leadership's strategic requirements and hands-on implementation of security controls within the company's cloud infrastructure. • Translate high-level IT-risk requirements into technical cloud security specifications. • Develop automated metrics for ongoing performance measurement and reporting. • Participate in cloud planning initiatives and ensure security measures are incorporated into architecture. • Balance real-world security risks with business drivers such as speed, agility, and performance in a DevOps environment. • Support Information Security policies and prioritize technical efforts. • Work with IT leadership stakeholders to implement technical security projects that address identified risks in cloud environments. • Assist resource owners and IT staff in understanding and responding to security audit failures and cloud configuration vulnerabilities. • Manage production security issues and incidents within cloud platforms. • Provide technical support and guidance for legal and regulatory compliance efforts. • Design and implement technical controls to support and enforce defined security policies in AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Research, evaluate, and test new cloud security hardware or software.
• Maintain Verkada camera and alarm systems across all sites, ensuring device uptime, health, and analytics functionality. • Manage alarm schedules, codes, cleaning crew access, and response configuration. • Collaborate with Verkada support to resolve device bugs, firmware issues, and platform inconsistencies. • Coordinate with ADT and other vendors to maintain alarm and access control hardware at select locations. • Design indoor and outdoor camera and alarm layouts based on unique site needs. • Manage installation timelines with project managers.
