• Deliver high-quality 1:Many training experiences focused on Informatica products, including hands-on workshops and multi-day instructor-led courses, both virtually and in person — as public and private offerings • Translate complex technical concepts (data integration, cloud data management, RDBMS, ETL/ELT workflows) into clear, approachable learning moments for audiences with varying levels of experience • Lead engaging, interactive sessions that encourage participation, discussion, and practical application • Help gather customer requirements in advance of training, understand business needs, and tailor training agendas accordingly • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by sharing best practices, technical guidance, and adoption recommendations • Assist training participants with access to remote training environments, coordinating with customer technical personnel as needed • Partner cross-functionally with Curriculum Development, Customer Success, and Product Management teams to continuously improve learning experiences — including testing labs, reviewing course materials, and providing feedback to curriculum developers • Share knowledge with fellow instructors, developers, technical support, and other technical personnel • Stay current on Informatica innovations, enterprise data trends, and modern learning methodologies

• Conduct research, preparation, and planning to ensure effective delivery of instructional materials in accordance with program objectives and guidelines. • Integrate Interpretation activities into the curriculum, with a focus on enhancing participants’ skills in both areas. • Provide classroom instruction in the target language on assigned topics, aligned with program requirements and the instructor’s qualifications. • Facilitate on site role play exercises and other enrichment activities to support language acquisition and practical application. • Assist with administering initial and final assessments. • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing program and training activities.

• Introduce key concepts and processes of lifelong continuing professional education (CPE) • Examine the history of CPE and critical debates • Explore best practices in CPE

• This course explores the ways in which adult education and critical pedagogies inform the values, approaches, and methods of critically reflective practices. • Through a combination of critical pedagogies and social justice movements from individual and social perspectives, students will gain familiarity with reflective practices across various contexts. • Narrative construction, reflection on action, critical incidents, and emerging applications will be investigated in order to generate critical perspectives that shape reflective practice and allow adults to evaluate their lifelong learning. • The completion of a professional portfolio is a requirement of this course.
