• Deliver results: identify, evaluate and execute profit maximisation activities to achieve financial targets through marketing, sales, and merchandising strategies • Manage and track the performance and profitability of our products across all marketplaces through organic and paid activities • Content listing optimisation to improve page rank, SEO, and sales: perform in-depth keyword and competitor analyses, enhance product titles, descriptions, categorisations, A++ content, and work closely with the Creative team to produce compelling visual assets for optimal performance • Day-to-day PPC management and optimisation (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for the assigned product portfolio in line with set KPIs • Execute marketing deals, promotions, coupons, promo codes, etc. and report back on key metrics • Improve product performance and market share growth through opportunity analysis such as market research, voice of the customer and competitive research. • Track fulfilment metrics and communicate with the Operations Lead to forecast, oversee and manage product inventory levels to retain premium shipping eligibility above good standing metrics. • Report and analyse marketplaces performance and operating metrics on a daily and weekly basis including, but not limited to, Sales and Profitability, Account Health, Feedback Performance, Product Policy Compliance, Shipping Performance, Brand Registry and Brand Performance. • Interact with the Customer Service team to respond to customer complaints and customer requests for technical product information. • Work with Amazon Seller Support across all marketplaces to create cases, monitor case logs, and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, operations, and customer service to ensure alignment and success on Amazon • Stay up-to-date on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to maintain our excellent Account Health status
Job Requirements
- A proven track record of growing sales and profitability on Amazon, running a $10m+ Amazon scale
- Minimum 3 years of experience running an e-commerce Amazon Seller Central environment
- Experience running high volumes of SKUs
- Background in consumer goods and office products industries preferred
- Social media and marketing skills are desired
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven data management and analytical skills. Track record of digging into data, and finding solutions for a variety of performance issues. Proficient in Excel.
- E-commerce and digital marketing experience
- Can work independently, adapt to a fluid environment, and able to time-manage, prioritize, and toggle between multiple projects
- Experienced in set up, management, and optimization of paid campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Experience in the wellness & mindfulness space is a plus
- Some experience working with Helium10/Jungle Scout
- SEO knowledge a plus

What You'll Do: - Make claim / customer eligibility determinations and manage on-going claims for an assigned caseload of short-term disability claims, through capturing medical information, applying appropriate contractual provisions, following legal guidelines, and leveraging expert resources. - Communicate with claimants, employers, and various medical professionals to gather information regarding the application for, payment of, and ongoing management of short-term disability benefits. - Support and promote all integration initiatives (including Family Medical Leave, Life Assistance Programs, Integrated Personal Health Team, Your Health First, Healthcare Connect, etc.). - Ability to handle potentially high levels of call volume from customers and clients. - Respond to various written and telephone inquiries, including eligibility, approval/denial determinations, status and continuation or closure of benefits. - Work directly with clients and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors to facilitate return to work either on a full-time or modified duty basis. - Network with both customers and physicians to medically manage claims from initial medical requests to reviewing and evaluating ongoing medical information. - Pay all covered claims accurately and timely. - Execute on all customer performance guarantees. - Adhere to standard timeframes for processing mail, tasks and outliers. - Understand Group Benefit Solutions and Corporate Compliance, Polices and Procedures and best practices. - Stay abreast of ongoing trainings associated with role and business unit objectives. - Respond to all telephonic and email inquiries within customer service protocols in a clear, concise and timely manner.
