Senior Staff GTM Strategy Analyst

Role Description Join our Revenue Strategy and Planning team as a Sr. Staff GTM Strategy Analyst to drive the analytical engine behind our Go-to-Market success. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can master GTM data to influence executive-level decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying emerging market trends, leading annual planning, and developing the strategic initiatives that fuel our continued profitability and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Architect Annual Planning: Lead the end-to-end annual planning cycle, including revenue forecasting, headcount modeling, and territory design. Advise leadership on the competitive landscape and potential growth opportunities. - Strategic Org Design: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and refine our GTM strategic approach across multiple segments and channels. Identify target market segments, define value propositions, and create go-to-market plans for new products or services. - Revenue Operations: Analyze our revenue operations, identify friction in the sales funnel, and develop strategic plays to optimize conversion and retention. - Executive Engagement: Transform complex datasets into high-level executive narratives using PowerBI to present insights that drive action from Sales and Product leadership. Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to gain alignment and support for the annual Revenue plan. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. - 5-7 years of experience in GTM strategy and planning or Revenue Operations in the technology industry (experience with usage-based SaaS preferred). - Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Analytics; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights to automate planning models. - Strong financial acumen and ability to develop and manage sales and financial models; understanding the impact of headcount on burn rates and the relationship between commission structures and rep behavior. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders to gain buy-in for strategic initiatives. Preferred Qualifications - Possess an active T3 confidential clearance.
