Role Description The Data Analyst supports the Extremity Trauma and Amputation Center of Excellence (EACE) through advanced data analytics, reporting, visualization, and database management activities utilizing multiple Department of Defense healthcare data systems. - Extract, analyze, validate, and present complex medical and operational data to support clinical research, performance improvement initiatives, leadership reporting, and strategic decision-making. - Ensure compliance with DoD, DHA, HIPAA, and Joint Trauma System standards and procedures. Responsibilities - Summarize data by applying descriptive statistics and data visualization techniques using Microsoft Excel as the primary tool. - Provide updates to EACE leadership and oversight groups on the status of progress and challenges to specific analytics project tasks. - Work with internal and external clients to identify analytical and report requirements and handle special analytical projects as needed. - Run queries on the EACE-Registry data. - Produce standard weekly and monthly reports on the EACE’s population of interest and respond to ad hoc data requests. - Develop, modify, or provide input to data analytics project plans, and implement project plans to meet or exceed objectives. - Run periodic integrity checks and analyze results to ensure data accuracy. - Identify gaps in data comparisons between the EACE-R, MDR, DoDTR, and MOTR. - Provide presentations or briefings on all aspects of the data analysis. - Maintain analytics project SharePoint libraries and implement quality control processes. - Make improvements, solve problems, or take corrective action when problems arise. - Evaluate, monitor, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures. - Adhere to Joint Trauma System (JTS), EACE, and DHA data information and data release standard operating procedures. - Provide analytic support and coaching with clinical community customers. - Report any discovered HIPAA violations to EACE leadership. - Manage all system access requests and coordinate EACE leadership approval. - Develop and update dashboards in Tableau software or similar applications. - Extract, manipulate, analyze, and array data for easy understanding. - Respond to requests for information as approved by EACE leadership. - Coordinate and integrate data analytics project activities. - Identify problems, determine accuracy and relevance of information, and make recommendations. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field. - Minimum four (4) years’ professional experience in healthcare data analytics. - Minimum three (3) years’ experience in reading and interpreting medical diagnosis and procedure coding systems including ICD9, ICD10, and CPT. - Minimum two (2) years’ recent experience in SAS and SQL. Preferred Qualifications - Possess an active T3 confidential clearance. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Ability to work independently with little to no support. - Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL). - Experience using Tableau or similar business intelligence/data visualization applications. - Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel. - Experience in constructing and manipulating pivot tables and advanced Excel analytic functions. - Experience in one or more analytical tools such as Python, SAS, SAP Business Objects, or R. - Experience with conducting data quality checks. - Experience with pulling and manipulating data from the Military Health System Data Repository (MDR). - Ability to present data analysis to various groups/individuals. - Ability to interpret medical data from medical records and effectively communicate findings. - Possess strong background in medical diagnosis codes (ICD 9/10, CPT). - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience. - Knowledge and understanding of commercial off-the-shelf products and components. - Ability to travel. • Query and analyze BSC on-chain data using Dune Analytics, Flipside, or direct node/RPC access to track TVL, DEX volume, wallet behavior, LP dynamics, and protocol health • Profile key ecosystem actors — whales, market makers, curators, liquidity providers — and surface behavioral patterns relevant to strategy and BD decisions • Monitor competitive chains and track cross-chain fund flows and user migration • Produce MEV, arbitrage, and trading infrastructure analyses as needed • Conduct deep-dive analyses of business: AMMs, lending markets, stablecoin mechanisms, staking, and payment rails, etc • Build analytical frameworks to benchmark BNB Chain protocols against competitors • Support evaluation of new protocol integrations, incentive program design, and tokenomics modeling with data • Define and track KPIs across BNB Chain's key product verticals: AI Agent, Payment, Trading, Stablecoin, and Privacy, etc • Analyze developer and user acquisition funnels, retention, and engagement metrics • Evaluate the impact of ecosystem programs (incentives, grants, hackathons) and produce post-mortem reports • Build and maintain dashboards (Dune, Grafana, or equivalent) for internal leadership and public ecosystem transparency • Translate complex on-chain and product data into clear, actionable briefs for non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate with BD, SA, product, and marketing teams to deliver data that directly informs decisions

• Investigate fraud attacks, quantify their impact, and present clear findings that drive prioritisation and response • Propose and refine rule-based mitigations, working with fraud operations and engineering to see them through to implementation • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to monitor fraud trends, rule performance, and key operational metrics • Work closely with fraud operations, data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure analytical insights translate into action • Proactively identify emerging patterns and flag risks before they escalate

• Manage HMDA and CRA data integrity reviews, including routine monitoring, exception tracking, and remediation. • Coordinate the annual HMDA Loan/Application Register (LAR) and CRA data submission processes. • Perform data validation and quality control testing to identify coding, completeness, and accuracy issues. • Partner with Compliance, Operations, Engineering, and other business teams to resolve data discrepancies. • Maintain documentation of data reviews, corrections, procedures, controls, and submission evidence. • Support regulatory exams, internal audits, compliance testing, and investor or management reporting related to HMDA and CRA. • Monitor regulatory changes and assist with updates to policies, procedures, training, and system controls. • Prepare periodic reporting for management on data quality trends, exceptions, corrective actions, and submission readiness.
