Role Description Imagine360 is seeking a Manager, Communications and Public Relations to join the team! This position will be responsible for improving the company's brand awareness and managing the company's reputation through external communications. You will be responsible for telling Imagine360's story across key audiences, including healthcare and HR trade media, industry analysts, clients, and partners, while articulating the company's core differentiators. In collaboration with a small team of communications professionals, you will work closely with the marketing team and broader commercial organization to help support Imagine360's growth and further solidify the company's industry leadership. Position Location: 100% Remote - Interfacing with senior executives and subject matter experts to develop effective communications plans, strong consistent messaging, and integrated communications that address multiple internal and external audiences through various channels. - Regularly monitor media and distill insights for leadership. - Create external communications including press releases, bylines, media statements, emails, videos, presentations, and more. - Manage healthcare and employee benefits media relationships through proactive media pitching, inbound interview requests, and thorough spokesperson prep. - Contribute to strategic executive communications projects. - Manage crisis response in the case of market disruption. - Pitch and manage industry speaking opportunities. - Manage and lead company and leadership awards program. - Own communications reporting. - Contribute to client and member storytelling initiatives. - Support company and executive social media strategy. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related field. - 5+ years of strategic communications, public relations, or journalism experience. - Healthcare experience preferred. Requirements - Strong written and oral communications, excellent proofreading and editing skills, and the ability to quickly create interesting web and print content. - Deep understanding of paid, earned, owned, and social media. - Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to work with external stakeholders and company executives. - Ability to create stories and translate industry jargon into interesting copy. - The ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, sometimes under pressure and often tight deadlines. - Up to 20% travel required.
