• Handle initial lead contact; • Conduct consultative qualification, understanding each client's context and needs; • Accurately identify opportunities and route them appropriately; • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking every stage of the funnel; • Keep the CRM organized and up to date; • Execute strategic follow-ups to ensure opportunities progress; • Perform a complete handover to the Closer; • Participate in training and development programs to improve commercial skills and knowledge of the legal market; • Contribute to achieving the company's sales targets.
