• Develop the overall concept for the Advent calendar • Develop the concept for the 24 windows/doors: product mix, storyline, look & feel • Develop the design together with a packaging and graphic designer • Close coordination with Leonie (Founder) and our sourcing team • Direct communication with the supplier on production matters

• We're at a point where the most exciting things are happening at once: new product lines, retail launches, scaling performance marketing, influencer campaigns, new markets, and expanding the supply chain. • Launch and iterate new Shopify landing pages for marketing campaigns and collaborations • Set up, brief, and track influencer and creator programs • Build and optimize email and retention flows in Klaviyo • Set up and analyze performance campaigns on Meta and TikTok • Coordinate PR and media outreach • Prepare and support retail expansion and buyer meetings with leading DACH and international retailers • Create sell sheets, pricing models, and trade marketing concepts • Onboard new retail partners • Contribute to new product lines, from design briefs to market readiness • Communicate with our international manufacturing partners (in English) • Inventory planning, logistics, and 3PL coordination • Build a scalable supply-chain structure • Research new markets, categories, and partnerships • Develop reporting that we actually use • Everything Leonie otherwise wouldn't be able to handle • The exact mix of responsibilities depends on you. • Retail packaging design • Floor display (floor stand) for retail • Concept development: ideas, sketches, moodboards • 3D renderings (photorealistic, print-ready for our pitch deck) • Packaging designs as print-ready files

• Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Haarklammer – von Design-Optimierungen über Materialtests bis hin zu Spritzguss-Prototypen. • Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Spritzguss-Prototypenherstellern und Produktionspartnern zusammen. • Weiterentwicklung der Form, Ergonomie und Flexibilität der Haarklammer • Analyse und Optimierung des Materialverhaltens (z. B. flexible Kunststoffe / Elastomere) • Entwicklung neuer Geometrien und Mechaniken für besseren Halt bei maximalem Komfort • Zusammenarbeit mit Spritzguss-Prototyping-Partnern (DFM, Wandstärken, Entformung etc.) • Erstellung von CAD-Modellen und Iterationen • Entwicklung von Designvarianten und neuen Produktlinien • Definition von Farben, Oberflächen (CMF) und Materialästhetik • Unterstützung bei Prototypentests und Produktverbesserungen

• You will work on the further development of our hair clip — from design refinements and material testing to injection-molded prototypes. • You will collaborate closely with injection molding prototype manufacturers and production partners. • Your responsibilities include, in particular: further development of the shape, ergonomics, and flexibility of the hair clip • Analysis and optimization of material behavior (e.g., flexible plastics / elastomers) • Development of new geometries and mechanisms for better grip with maximum comfort • Collaboration with injection molding prototyping partners (DFM, wall thicknesses, demolding, etc.) • Creation of CAD models and iterative design iterations • Development of design variants and new product lines • Definition of colors, surfaces (CMF) and material aesthetics • Support for prototype testing and product improvements
