Manager, Contracts – Data Paralegal

• Review, edit, and draft a variety of legal agreements, including vendor, partnership, and independent contractor contracts. • Manage the IronClad contract lifecycle management platform, including contract workflows, status tracking, and system maintenance. • Oversee the Independent Contractor review process and support ongoing compliance with organizational policies. • Create and maintain contract templates, guidance documents, FAQs, playbooks, and other resources that support consistent contract practices. • Develop and deliver resources that increase organization-wide understanding of the Contracts Policy and legal processes. • Maintain Legal Affairs content on TFAHub to ensure materials remain current, accessible, and useful. • Produce monthly and quarterly reports on legal matters, contract volume, and team activity. • Analyze trends and recommend improvements to legal operations, workflows, and user experience.
Job Requirements
- Ability to review, draft, and analyze contracts and other legal documents with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or paralegal work.
- Proficiency using contract management or matter management systems (such as IronClad, Freshworks, or similar platforms).
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends that improve processes and decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate legal concepts into practical guidance.
- Experience developing templates, training materials, process documentation, or operational resources.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and provide exceptional internal client service.
