UI/UX Designer II

• The UI/UX Designer II will create web and mobile digital experiences that factor in business goals, development capabilities, technology platform, design standards, and user needs for a wide range of strategic programs. • Provides user experience design leadership over one or more large strategic initiatives. • Collaborates and communicates across teams for measurable business outcomes. • Oversees prototyping, visual designs, user research and usability testing and integration of designs with application development. • Leads a team of junior UI/UX designers, providing training and support as and where necessary. • Researches and identifies new functionality, rich content opportunities, and user behavior enhancements to improve overall user experience. • Conducts user testing surveys for new product features. • Creates rapid working prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers.
Job Requirements
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Knowledge in Angular, React.JS, SASS/SCSS/Less.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes using one or more prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, In Vision, Axure).
- Understanding of Omnichannel Customer experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of UX/UI or interaction design experience; experience with responsive Web and Mobile design and frameworks that incorporate strong grid principles, such as Bootstrap, material design.
