• Build and maintain production-grade Next.js (App Router) + React + TypeScript applications — dashboards, chat/copilot surfaces, and agentic research UIs. • Design and ship data visualizations (time series, breakdowns, combo charts, KPI strips) with a charting library (we use ECharts) — readable, performant, on-brand. • Craft AI/agent UX: streaming "thinking" traces, multi-step/agent fan-out progress, grounded follow-up conversations, and the rich result artifacts (boards, reports, canvases) users interrogate. • Own and extend a design system — design tokens, reusable components, motion/animation, and accessibility — keeping a large surface visually consistent. • Prototype mock-first for rapid product iteration, then graduate proven flows to real data and APIs. • Care about performance and correctness: React rendering, SSR/hydration, bundle size, and the subtle bugs that come with modern React. • Do light fullstack glue: build and consume REST/JSON APIs, wire up a backend service or BFF endpoint, shape data contracts, and integrate LLM/agent backends. • Keep the codebase healthy: typed, linted, documented, and easy for the next person (human or AI agent) to pick up.

• Own the implementation plan, timeline, and milestones for each new clinic and health system, driving a clean, on-time go-live. • Run multiple concurrent implementations without dropping detail or letting timelines slip. • Serve as the polished, professional point of contact throughout implementation, credible and composed in front of physicians and health-system leadership. • Read the room and adapt, managing sophisticated stakeholders, expectations, and the occasional tense moment without losing the relationship. • Communicate proactively with executive-ready status updates, kickoffs, and milestone reviews. • Anticipate blockers before they surface, escalate early, and drive them to resolution. • Run the structured handoff into the Customer Success Manager at go-live, transferring relationships, context, and account detail so the clinic experiences one continuous team.

• Build front-end applications using modern JavaScript technologies (React, TypeScript). • Partner with product and design to architect and ship polished customer-facing features. • Continuously improve code quality by identifying technical debt, proposing solutions, and raising the bar for the whole team. • Learn, mentor, and grow alongside teammates through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. • Participate in the design, architecture, and delivery of new features in a collaborative agile/scrum environment. • Leverage observability and monitoring tools to diagnose issues and improve the user experience. • Write thorough tests for every feature and bug fix. Testing is a first-class discipline on this team. • Build performant, accessible web applications that work for everyone. • Collaborate with QA to strengthen automated testing pipelines and CI/CD workflows. • Incorporate AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate delivery and maintain high code quality.
