Role Description Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a customer-facing Sr Project Manager reporting to the Senior Manager of Implementation: US remote opportunity. As the selected candidate, you will successfully manage multiple customer software implementation projects and programs across the Americas through effective planning, scheduling and controlling, and mentor junior Project Managers. Travel is expected, both between company offices globally, as well as to various customer locations. Position Responsibilities: - Project Management and Program Management: Applies project/program management and customer guiding experience while learning and adapting to Jeppesen’s best practices framework to deliver project goals. - Schedule Management: Create and maintain project and program schedules by identifying and monitoring: overall project timeline, project milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths. - Cross Functional Leadership: Provides leadership, direction and integrates activities with other departments, Boeing and Jeppesen vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation and support. Facilitation, roll out and continuous improvement of PM best practices and mentoring of junior Project Managers. - Issue / Risk Management: Anticipates and identifies Risks and Issues that may impact implementation and develops and implements mitigation and corrective actions. - Scope: Ensures projects remain focused on key objectives and goals. Develop and manage expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas in Boeing and Jeppesen are engaged on the project. - Communication Management: Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to internal and external stakeholders in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. - Change Management: Ensure proper change management procedures are followed to ensure scope is managed and additional work is captured and appropriately billed to customer. • Liderar proyectos de principio a fin, incluyendo definición de alcance, planificación, cronograma, presupuesto, gestión de riesgos, seguimiento, validación y cierre. • Gestionar proyectos de implementación, evolución, integración y migración de plataformas **SCADA, GIS y ADMS**. • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios internos y externos, trabajando con áreas de Operación de Red, Despacho, Ingeniería, Mantenimiento, IT, OT, Ciberseguridad y proveedores tecnológicos. • Traducir requerimientos operativos, regulatorios y de negocio en especificaciones funcionales y técnicas, definiendo entregables y criterios de aceptación. • Asegurar la correcta integración entre sistemas de operación de red y plataformas corporativas como **ERP, GIS, sistemas de gestión de activos (EAM), movilidad de cuadrillas, CRM, plataformas de datos y herramientas analíticas**. • Gestionar la gobernanza de los proyectos mediante comités de seguimiento, reportes ejecutivos, control de hitos, gestión de decisiones y escalamiento de riesgos. • Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos técnicos, operativos, de ciberseguridad, continuidad del negocio y adopción de usuarios. • Coordinar pruebas funcionales, integrales y de aceptación de usuario (UAT), garantizando la calidad de las soluciones antes de su puesta en producción. • Liderar las actividades de gestión del cambio, capacitación de usuarios y estabilización posterior a la implementación. • Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares de arquitectura, documentación, calidad, seguridad y continuidad operativa.
