Role Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a talented and passionate Robotics Instructor to join our teaching team at Enthuziastic. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in robotics and automation, hands-on experience with popular robotics platforms (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi), and the ability to inspire and guide students of various age groups and skill levels through engaging virtual lessons. As a Robotics Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in developing students’ understanding of engineering principles, programming logic, and creative problem-solving. You’ll help them build confidence by guiding them through hands-on projects, competitions, and real-world applications of robotics. - Conduct live, interactive online robotics classes using platforms like Zoom. - Teach fundamentals of mechanical design, electronics, sensors, and actuators. - Introduce programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, C/C++, Scratch) for robotics control. - Guide students through building, testing, and troubleshooting their own robotic creations. - Develop customized lesson plans and project-based curricula tailored to beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners. - Prepare students for robotics competitions, science fairs, or certification exams. - Provide constructive feedback, track progress with regular assessments, and showcase student projects. - Encourage teamwork, innovation, and design thinking through collaborative challenges and hackathons. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field. - Certification in robotics education or STEM teaching is a plus. - 2+ years of experience teaching robotics or STEM subjects (online or offline). - Proficient with robotics kits and platforms (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi). - Solid programming skills in one or more of: Python, C/C++, Java, or Scratch. - Strong knowledge of electronics, sensors, and control systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. - Experience designing hands-on projects and guiding students through end-to-end builds. - Comfortable using digital tools, simulation software (e.g., Tinkercad, Gazebo), and virtual whiteboards. Success in this position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently to meet production schedules. - Assemble new robotic units according to specifications. - Conduct rigorous testing of units and subcomponents. - Identify and resolve technical issues through troubleshooting. - Perform routine maintenance on existing robotic systems. - Manage inventory, including receiving and shipping tasks. Qualifications - 1 year of mechanical and electrical assembly experience. - Proficiency with basic hand and power tools. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Experience in manufacturing or a related field involving electromechanical assembly is preferred. • Identifying potential customers, partners, distributors, and system integrators. • Introducing Lemvos products to relevant decision-makers. • Generating qualified leads and supporting early-stage sales discussions. • Understanding customer requirements and matching them to suitable Lemvos products. • Coordinating with the Lemvos team on technical questions, quotations, and follow-up. • Supporting the sales process through to order placement where appropriate.

• Support on-site commissioning and integration of systems, including hardware verification, network setup, software configuration, and safety checks. • Complete acceptance testing, document results, and help resolve readiness gaps before go-live. • Respond to real-time issues during deployment and go-live periods through hands-on troubleshooting, log review, triage, and escalation to engineering when needed. • Conduct preventative maintenance audits, minor repairs, retrofits, and recalls on deployed AMRs. • Deliver training to customer personnel on system operations, maintenance, and best practices. • Coordinate with Technical Support, Field Services, and Systems Engineering team members to resolve customer issues and convey field feedback. • Manage AMR fleet status, help track repairs, and support documentation updates. • Communicate with customer teams, ensuring visibility into deployment status and issue resolution. • Support after-hours or on-call coverage as required during the project.
