Business Process Analyst – RPA, Mid

• Atuar desde o entendimento inicial da demanda até a estruturação da solução automatizada; • Realizar o levantamento, mapeamento e análise de processos de negócio (AS-IS), detalhando o processo manual por meio da construção de fluxogramas e identificação de regras de negócio; • Propor o desenho do processo futuro (TO-BE), considerando a aplicação de RPA de forma eficiente e escalável; • Modelar e redesenhar processos utilizando BPMN (Bizagi Modeler, FigJam ou ferramentas similares); • Elaborar e manter a documentação funcional dos processos, incluindo o Process Design Document (PDD); • Conduzir reuniões de levantamento e mapeamento de processos e requisitos, assegurando o correto entendimento das demandas; • Traduzir demandas de negócio em soluções estruturadas e automatizáveis; • Identificar e priorizar oportunidades de automação por meio de RPA; • Realizar o handoff estruturado para a equipe de desenvolvimento, garantindo alinhamento técnico e funcional para a construção das automações; • Atuar em iniciativas de melhoria contínua e transformação de processos, com foco em eficiência operacional, redução de retrabalho, geração de valor e acompanhamento de indicadores (KPIs).
Job Requirements
- Experiência em Análise de Negócios, Análise de Requisitos e Análise de Sistemas;
- Conhecimento em BPM, incluindo mapeamento e análise de processos AS-IS e TO-BE;
- Experiência em modelagem de processos utilizando BPMN e ferramentas como Bizagi Modeler, FigJam ou similares;
- Conhecimento e experiência na elaboração de PDD;
- Conhecimento em Arquitetura de RPA;
- Experiência na identificação e análise de oportunidades de automação;
- Conhecimento em Lean, Six Sigma e melhoria contínua;
- Perfil consultivo, com capacidade analítica e visão crítica para avaliar a viabilidade de projetos com RPA;
- Boa comunicação, escuta ativa, organização, gestão do tempo, colaboração e foco em resultados;
- Diferenciais**:** conhecimento em banco de dados para apoio ao entendimento de regras de negócio e processos; conhecimento em Automation Anywhere e BotCity; prática com metodologias ágeis (Scrum), processos ágeis, BPMN e conceitos de Inteligência Artificial aplicados à melhoria de processos.

• Identifying potential customers, partners, distributors, and system integrators. • Introducing Lemvos products to relevant decision-makers. • Generating qualified leads and supporting early-stage sales discussions. • Understanding customer requirements and matching them to suitable Lemvos products. • Coordinating with the Lemvos team on technical questions, quotations, and follow-up. • Supporting the sales process through to order placement where appropriate.
• Support on-site commissioning and integration of systems, including hardware verification, network setup, software configuration, and safety checks. • Complete acceptance testing, document results, and help resolve readiness gaps before go-live. • Respond to real-time issues during deployment and go-live periods through hands-on troubleshooting, log review, triage, and escalation to engineering when needed. • Conduct preventative maintenance audits, minor repairs, retrofits, and recalls on deployed AMRs. • Deliver training to customer personnel on system operations, maintenance, and best practices. • Coordinate with Technical Support, Field Services, and Systems Engineering team members to resolve customer issues and convey field feedback. • Manage AMR fleet status, help track repairs, and support documentation updates. • Communicate with customer teams, ensuring visibility into deployment status and issue resolution. • Support after-hours or on-call coverage as required during the project.
