Director of E2E Summit Operations, Project Management, Apprenticeship Ambassador
National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA)
• Engage in the E2E Summit and PMA programs • Lead all facets and support functions of the E2E Summit • Recruit and secure contractor and supplier executives as event participants • Build and manage a year-round sales pipeline • Conduct pre-summit discovery with all participants • Manage end-to-end event logistics • Develop and manage detailed event budgets and project plans • Lead the Marketing & PR team • Design and implement a comprehensive event measurement framework • Lead post-summit debriefs and analyze participant feedback
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, education, construction management, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical construction industry
- Experience with the B2B hosted buyer event format is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with manufacturers and suppliers in the electrical construction industry supply chain is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- A creative mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
