• Build the operational and organizational framework required to support significant expansion. • Develop scalable organizational structures, leadership roles, and operating rhythms. • Partner on strategic planning, capacity planning, market expansion, and acquisition integration activities. • Evaluate organizational readiness and identify opportunities to improve scalability. • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team. • Create recruiting strategies that position HVAC RNTL as an employer of choice. • Develop innovative technician and operational workforce pipelines. • Ensure operational capabilities support continued revenue growth. • Partner closely with sales leadership to align resources with customer needs. • Improve responsiveness, execution, and customer experience across all operational functions. • Maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. • Implement practical operating systems that improve consistency without creating bureaucracy. • Establish meaningful operational metrics and performance measures. • Improve fleet productivity, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness. • Identify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining agility. • Build the operating model required to support growth in the data center market. • Develop labor, organizational, and execution strategies for mission-critical environments. • Support successful delivery of large-scale data center projects. • Maintain a visible presence throughout the organization. • Conduct branch visits, ride-alongs, customer meetings, and operational reviews. • Travel approximately 30–40% to support growth objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
- Significant multi-site leadership experience with responsibility for managers and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated success helping organizations scale through periods of growth and expansion.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and developing leaders.
- Experience creating recruiting strategies and workforce development programs.
- Strong customer-facing leadership experience.
- Equipment rental, industrial services, specialty contracting, construction services, or related industry experience preferred.
- Experience supporting acquisition integration is beneficial but not required.

Role Description The Enrollment Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all admissions-related documents are processed and updated within our CRM in a timely manner. The individual in this role verifies all student files are accurate and meet the requirements of our partner institutions. This person is also responsible for understanding all transfer credit policies and for completing transcript evaluations for their assigned partner institutions. What you'll be doing as an Enrollment Operations Coordinator: - Reviews and processes all incoming applications, transcripts, and supporting admission documents via mail, email, and other electronic formats. - Updates and maintains accurate records in our CRM and other essential systems. - Accurately evaluates transcripts for admission requirements and transfer credit according to partner standards. - Works within partner systems to update student information. - Works cohesively and collaboratively with Enrollment Advisors to assist in facilitating prospective student enrollment. - Determines when admissions files are ready to be prepared and sends files to partner institution for review. - Compliance with all personnel policies and procedures. - Ability to come to work and work the regular schedule and shift for the position. - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree is required. - 1+ years of experience in Higher Education student records management required. - Must be experienced in processing student applications and transcripts. - Student transfer credit evaluation experience is highly preferred. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel. - Proficient with Adobe Acrobat or equivalent document management software. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Critical thinking and problem-solving initiative. - Curious and confident to ask questions and learn quickly. - Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks. - Team player. - Always demonstrate the Keypath values – Commitment, Collaboration, Innovation and Lifelong Learning.
