• Design assets for marketing campaigns: social media, paid media, display ads, email, partner and activation materials • Build and adapt campaign landing pages with a focus on conversion and brand consistency • Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats and channels, maintaining visual coherence across every variant • Work in parallel across several projects with different timelines and priorities • Collaborate with the Marketing Creative Lead on brief interpretation and visual solutions • Help build and maintain reusable template systems to accelerate production • Incorporate AI tools into your workflow to generate variants, optimize turnaround times, and scale production without sacrificing quality
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in design with a focus on marketing, campaigns, or digital asset production
- A portfolio showing real work in social media, ads, landing pages, and campaigns
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of formats and best practices for paid media platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok
- A basic understanding of how a marketing campaign works and what makes an asset convert
- Ability to operate in English, as client communication is in English
- Comfortable with high pace, direct feedback, and frequent priority shifts
- Active curiosity about AI tools applied to design: variant generation, asset automation, and scaled production workflows
- Motion design skills and After Effects experience for animated social and campaign assets (especially valuable)
- Familiarity with HTML5 ad production for display and rich media formats (especially valuable)
- Background working with crypto, fintech, or Web3 brands (especially valuable)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Notion, Asana, or similar) (especially valuable)
