• Realizar o controle de despesas, acompanhamento orçamentário e organização financeira da área de Marketing; • Conduzir processos de pagamento, contratos e documentação relacionados a influenciadoras e fornecedores; • Apoiar a gestão operacional e burocrática de campanhas com influenciadores e talentos, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos, entregas e pendências; • Fazer interface com áreas internas como Compras, Financeiro, Contabilidade e Jurídico; • Organizar e acompanhar cronogramas, contratos, aprovações e demais controles da operação; • Apoiar as rotinas administrativas da área e a organização dos processos internos; • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir para a evolução dos fluxos operacionais da área; • Utilizar sistemas internos, incluindo SAP, para acompanhamento e gestão das demandas.
Job Requirements
- Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prévia com rotinas administrativas, financeiras ou operacionais;
- Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em Excel;
- Perfil organizado, analítico e com atenção aos detalhes;
- Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas e stakeholders;
- Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas, prioridades e prazos simultaneamente.
