• Utilize advanced and creative search strategies (market mapping, deep networking, cold outreach, and executive platforms) to identify and engage passive executive talent • Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders • Develop prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment • Lead client update meetings on active searches • Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to advise leadership on talent pools, compensation trends, and recruitment landscape
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive market
- 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
- Track record of strong stakeholder management
- Attention to detail + ability to use data and analytics to inform and advise
- A track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high-priority executive searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Preferred Experience working in both retained executive search firms and in-house corporate executive recruiting teams
- Familiarity with Breezy, Gem, LinkedIn search
- Industry-specific hiring experience in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.

We strongly prefer candidates located in the Central Time Zone, as our locations span the U.S. with concentrations on both the East and West Coasts.
