Role Description Arcarithm is currently seeking top talent for the position of Global Computer Operations Support Analyst T4. You will perform the following responsibilities: - Perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of the C2BMC-G systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment enabling Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense. - Provide first-level technical support to the customer and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC-G hardware, software, and networks. - Document and report all events/issues to leadership. - Receive tasking and direction from leadership for all operations, test, and real-world events. - Assist in maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local ISSO. - Operate and sustain the C2BMC-G mission systems and/or training systems environment for operational and training missions supported by C2BMC's presence in the Missile Defense Integration & Operations Center (MDIOC). - Perform other duties and assignments as required. Qualifications - Sound background and experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments. - Experience in system and/or network administration, including UNIX, Linux, and Windows. - Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components. - Experience in data flow usage and the ability to troubleshoot with internal and external agencies to establish network connectivity. - Must possess a DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, SecurityX, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CISSP). Candidate will be responsible for maintaining the DoD 8140 certification for the full contract period. - Minimum Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance. Requirements - Experience and knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems. - Linux Certification (Linux Essentials, Linux+, LPIC-1, RHCSA). - Experience using Confluence and Jira. - Basic scripting (Bash). - Active Directory experience. Education Required - Entry-level to experienced, but still a learner, typically with an advanced degree and 0–1+ year experience, or a bachelor's degree and 0–3+ years' experience, or equivalent. - Solves problems of limited to moderate scope and complexity; work is closely supervised following established policies and procedures or under very general supervision. - Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor and within the company or group but may be external as well. - Errors in judgment would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify.
