Role Description The Manager of Replenishment has a key leadership role within the supply chain organization. This role will have up to 5 Replenishment Specialists as direct reports. These positions are responsible for ensuring there is enough product flowing through our Supply Chain – Vendor to Store to drive key KPI measures (Fill-Rate, Turn, Instocks & Dwell). - Lead a team of Replenishment Specialists to achieve sales, margin, fill-rate, dwell, shrink, and turn goals. - Direct partnership with Category Managers, Category Directors, and Merchandise Planning to ensure all forecasts align to meet goals with a focus on the future. - Partner with Category Manager and Vendor Collaboration to work with vendors who are failing to meet on-time and fill-rate expectations. - Work directly with the Replenishment Operations team to drive ongoing efficiencies in tools, process, and training based on feedback from the team. - Actively participate in leadership meetings calling out opportunities to achieve goals. - Ability to communicate complex technical and non-technical opportunities clearly and concisely. - Develop, coach, and mentor the team for professional development and career growth. - Key leadership contributor to drive corporate values of caring, owning it, and our love for being different. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of (5-7) years of experience in replenishment, inventory management, planning and allocation, buying; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. - Ability to successfully manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines. - Ability to supervise personnel effectively. - Ability to preserve confidentiality of information. - Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize. - High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook). - Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
