Role Description ThinkOn is expanding its Sales team! Role Description As part of the Product Management team, the Product Manager will report to the VP, Product Management and their primary responsibility is to act as the general manager for a product line at ThinkOn. The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect must be capable of leading and coordinating a team of internal and external resources and will be recognized as an expert in ThinkOn products, services, and practices. You Will: - Be the go-to expert for all ThinkOn products and services in sales conversations with partners and prospects - Act as the technical bridge between the Inside Sales team, sales agents, partners, and the ThinkOn Engineering team to ensure complex solutions are clearly defined, quoted, and can be implemented - Have a comprehensive grasp of cloud-centric technologies and the ability to understand and carry end subscriber conversations regarding requirements and specifications - Be responsible for designing and architecting solutions for end subscribers, primarily using ThinkOn’s product portfolio - Drive positive revenue growth by helping our partners configure business-winning solutions - Support an exceptional customer experience based on timely technical knowledge and support our partner base - Build relationships with Partner technical teams - Provide support to operations with new customer projects - Work with the Project Management Office to hand over new project design requirements and documentation for new customer projects - Help create and deliver customer presentations and partner training seminars - Provide technical expertise to Marketing events as required - Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency - Create and validate quotes in Compass - Travel to meet with Partners, Subscribers and Alliance Partners as required - Other Duties as required Qualifications - Strong VMware knowledge (Kubernetes/Container knowledge is an asset) - Strong Infrastructure knowledge – Network, Storage, and Compute - Strong data protection and archiving solutions knowledge - Object storage knowledge - Disaster Recovery and replication concepts and solution knowledge Requirements Compensation for this role includes on-target earnings (OTE) of $170,000–$200,000 USD, structured with a 70/30 split between base salary and variable compensation (70% base salary and 30% performance-based incentives). Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
