The Director, CX Data Enablement & Platforms Technical Suite Lead leads a team that includes: - The Global Capability Technical Owner, Data Master, who manages the core enterprise data platforms - The Global Capability Technical Owner for Data Management, who manages technical oversight of enterprise data platforms supporting customer data, content governance, and compliant review workflows - Development teams and vendor partners At Jazz, we believe that effective people leadership is essential to our success. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field. - 10+ years of experience after Bachelor's degree (or 8+ years of experience after Master's degree) in data engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise platform delivery management. - 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or other roles involving managing a team of developers. - 6-8 years of experience leading people, including managing and developing high-performing teams and driving accountability across functions. - Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms such as enterprise data platforms supporting master data, reference data, and analytics-ready datasets. - Experience guiding technical architecture within complex, matrixed, global organizations. - Experience using Agile and Product Operating Model principles to drive alignment, autonomy, and outcome-focused delivery. - Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and technical leaders. Requirements - Deep understanding of enterprise data and platform architecture, cloud-based data services, and modern engineering frameworks that enable scalable, reusable data solutions. - Proven experience designing and configuring secure, reliable, and compliant data platforms that operate at enterprise scale within pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. - Strong knowledge of data integration patterns, APIs, and data product architectures that support governed data flow across upstream sources and downstream consumption layers. - Experience designing and evolving enterprise data enablement solutions, including shared data services, data mastering, and analytics-ready data products, with clear implications for governance, quality, and reuse. - Experience evolving MDM platforms as enterprise products, including roadmap evolution, consumer onboarding, and ongoing alignment with internal domain owners and vendor partners to maintain master data integrity. - Strong understanding of identity resolution strategies (e.g., survivorship rules and cross-domain linkage trade-offs) and experience embedding consent and preference management into mastering workflows. - Ability to lead data stewardship operations end-to-end—driving exception management, governance adherence, and consistent execution across domains. - Experience working within Agile product development teams and product operating models. - Solid understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory requirements as they relate to enterprise data management, access controls, and compliant data usage. - Demonstrated technical program leadership across multi-team, multi-vendor data initiatives, coordinating dependencies and delivery to achieve high-quality, on-time outcomes. - Ability to design and oversee compliant technical operations for data platforms, including reliability, support, business continuity, and managed service models. - Experience leading and developing a high-performing team, including resource planning, performance management, and talent development to support evolving business needs.
