Role Description An experienced Instructional Designer is needed to support a large-scale skills transformation initiative by designing and delivering engaging learning solutions for employees, leaders, HR, and key business stakeholders. In this role, you translate enterprise skills strategy into practical, multi-modal learning experiences that build organizational capability, drive adoption of new skills processes, and enable long-term success. - Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions aligned to a large-scale skills transformation program. - Create a variety of learning materials, including: - Instructor-led training - Virtual training - eLearning modules - Job aids - Quick reference guides - Toolkits - Facilitator guides - Manager resources - Translate complex process and system changes into clear, audience-specific learning content that is easy to understand and apply. - Conduct learning needs analyses to define target audiences, learning objectives, and appropriate delivery approaches. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, subject matter experts, and business leaders to gather, validate, and refine content. - Build multi-modal learning paths tailored to different audiences and varying levels of change readiness. - Ensure all learning solutions align with adult learning principles, business processes, and identified change impacts. - Develop scalable and reusable learning assets that can be leveraged across functions, regions, and implementation phases. - Support pilot sessions and testing of learning solutions, incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement. - Align training design and delivery with broader change management and adoption strategies to maximize impact. - Apply instructional design expertise, learning strategy, and curriculum development practices to create cohesive learning journeys. - Simplify complex business or technical concepts into practical, action-oriented learning content. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with strategic goals. - Use an agile, rapid-development mindset to design, iterate, and deliver learning solutions efficiently while maintaining high quality. - Monitor and refine learning solutions using evaluation methods to ensure effectiveness and performance impact. Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or corporate training. - Proven experience designing learning programs tied to enterprise transformation, digital transformation, HR initiatives, or process change. - Strong ability to simplify complex business or technical concepts into clear, practical learning content. - Demonstrated experience building learning solutions for diverse audiences with varying levels of complexity. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and learning evaluation methods. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with eLearning and content development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise. - Experience working with learning management system (LMS) platforms. - Strong skills in PowerPoint for creating visually engaging learning materials and presentations. - Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and meeting deadlines. - Proven stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and a focus on execution speed without compromising quality. - Adaptability and comfort working in change-driven environments.
