Preferred - Experience selling across multiple creative or marketing service lines (branding, creative production, content, digital, media, talent, etc.) - Existing relationships within consumer brands, retail, beauty, fashion, luxury, hospitality, or CPG organizations - Experience managing six- and seven-figure engagements or growing strategic client partnerships over time Compensation - Base Salary: $125k – $150k - Commission: Uncapped — your earnings grow as your book grows - Expected OTE (fully ramped): $150k – $225k+ - *Individual compensation packages are based on experience, demonstrated performance, market factors, and other job-related considerations. - 401(k) with company match - Fully remote working environment (established pre-COVID and continuing forward) - Paid time off that grows with tenure - Annual company retreat - Computer hardware of your choice (up to $1,500) - $500 towards your office setup expenses - To work with a talented team of designers, team members, and engineers Inclusivity Statement We value diverse perspectives and are committed to an environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work daily. If you’re excited about the role but don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply—studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply unless they meet all the requirements. We’re interested in what you can bring to our team, whether for this role or another opportunity in the future. SketchDeck is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
