Role Description You will join the AWS cloud practice, supporting changing international client engagements across: - Platform engineering - Cloud architecture - Migrations - Data platforms - AI-enabled systems - Production cloud environments The role is AWS-first, but many projects require multi-cloud thinking, especially: - Azure exposure - Kubernetes - Terraform - CI/CD - Security - Observability - Close cooperation with engineering and client teams Your contributions will include: - Designing secure, scalable and cost-effective AWS cloud architectures - Defining architecture standards for Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, networking and observability - Supporting multi-cloud solutioning, especially where AWS integrates with Azure-based environments - Reviewing Terraform, platform components, deployment pipelines and architecture decisions - Guiding engineers in translating client requirements into production-ready designs - Supporting discovery, estimations, risk assessment and technical proposal work - Driving cloud security, reliability, operability and production-readiness practices - Mentoring engineers and acting as a technical advisor for clients and delivery teams Qualifications - Strong experience as Cloud Architect, Platform Architect or Lead Cloud Engineer - Deep AWS knowledge, including IAM, VPC, compute, storage, databases, EKS and security - Practical experience with at least one other cloud platform (preferably Azure) - Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code standards - Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containers and cloud-native platform design - Experience designing CI/CD, environment promotion and production release models - Ability to design secure, observable and maintainable distributed systems - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders Requirements - Experience with Azure DevOps, AKS, Microsoft Fabric or Azure AI services - Familiarity with AI/LLM platforms, RAG, API gateways or authorization-aware systems - Experience in regulated, financial, data-heavy or integration-heavy environments Benefits - Flexible employment and remote work - International projects with leading global clients - International business trips - Non-corporate atmosphere - Language classes - Internal & external training - Private healthcare and insurance - Multisport card - Well-being initiatives Company Description Software Mind develops solutions that make an impact for companies around the globe. • Contribute to the design and implementation process for Azure Architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with security standards. • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement highly available, scalable and fault-tolerant infrastructure. • Providing infrastructure and platform guidance, establishing standards, and technical decision-making. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. • Deploy and support applications in AKS (multi-environment). • Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform. • Monitor systems using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. • Troubleshoot production issues and performance problems. • Contribute to observability and reliability improvements. • Apply security best practices across infrastructure and deployments. • Collaborate with teams to improve deployment workflows and automation. • Manage and Optimize Cloud Infrastructure Costs.

• Lead the design and implementation of production-grade ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS (with awareness of multi-cloud environments). • Act as a hands-on expert and trusted advisor for customers running AI/ML workloads at scale, from initial discovery through deployment and optimization. • Translate complex business problems into cloud architectures that are secure, reliable, cost-efficient, and observable. • Help evolve how DoiT uses AI/ML internally and with customers by turning one-off solutions into reusable patterns and “gravel roads” that influence the product roadmap. • Focus more on install base health, product adoption, proactive engagements, and account-team work.
