Role Description UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Product Owner to lead and scale our enterprise Invoca Call Intelligence platform. This role is responsible for driving platform adoption, enabling marketing attribution, and delivering actionable insights across multiple lines of business. As adoption continues to grow, this role will serve as the primary owner of the platform, ensuring successful onboarding of new business groups, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering high-quality analytics and reporting. You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: - Serve as the end-to-end Product Owner for the Invoca platform, including roadmap, operations, and stakeholder engagement - Lead onboarding new business groups, including configuration, setup, training, and adoption support - Manage migration initiatives from legacy call tracking solutions to the enterprise Invoca platform - Own and operate the intake and production support model, including triage, prioritization, and execution of requests - Partner with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure accurate attribution and performance insights - Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards to support business decision-making - Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Invoca platform capabilities, governance, and best practices - Ensure data quality, platform standards, and governance are consistently applied across all use cases - Support integration with G360 Care Delivery CRM, including validation and troubleshooting of patient matchback and attribution reporting Key Outcomes / Impact: - Scalable onboarding of new business units to the platform - Improved marketing attribution and call analytics insights - Strong governance and standardized platform usage - Enhanced stakeholder experience through reliable reporting and support - Reduced operational risk as platform adoption Qualifications - Any product management certification or technology certification (for example: Adobe Analytics, PMP, CAPM, CSM, PSM etc.) - 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Capability Management Requirements - Experience with Invoca or similar call intelligence / call tracking platforms - Experience working with marketing technology, analytics platforms, or call tracking systems - Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and business requirements - Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment - Strong understanding of data, reporting, and performance measurement - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., G360, Salesforce, or similar) - Experience with marketing attribution and digital campaign measurement - Experience using Salesforce (building reports and dashboards) - Background in healthcare, payer/provider systems, or regulated environments - Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package - Incentive and recognition programs - Equity stock purchase - 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)

Role Description Insurity’s Next Solution Analyst will join the Professional Services team at Insurity where they will play a key role in implementing and supporting our Insurity Submission Gateway product. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related competency. - At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Deal Desk, Contract Administration or related. - MBA preferred. - Strong attention to detail while multitasking. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and GSuite, Salesforce (CPQ a plus). - Experience working in a SaaS or high-tech company is also a plus. Compensation Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for this role is: €42.800 — €67.700 EUR.
