• Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio junto a clientes e stakeholders; • Conduzir reuniões de entendimento de processos e necessidades do negócio; • Mapear processos AS-IS e TO-BE, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e automação; • Elaborar documentação funcional, regras de negócio, fluxos de processo e critérios de aceite; • Escrever histórias de usuário, épicos e requisitos funcionais; • Apoiar na priorização e estimativa de demandas; • Atuar junto às equipes técnicas (Arquitetura e RPA) na definição de soluções; • Garantir alinhamento entre requisitos de negócio e solução proposta; • Apoiar testes funcionais, homologação e gestão de defeitos; • Manter documentação atualizada e realizar passagem de conhecimento para equipes de suporte; • Identificar riscos, dependências e impactos nas entregas; • Atuar com ferramentas ágeis para acompanhamento das demandas; • Promover comunicação clara entre áreas técnicas e de negócio.
Job Requirements
- Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Gestão de TI, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prévia como Analista Funcional, Analista de Requisitos, Analista de Negócios ou funções similares;
- Conhecimento em levantamento e documentação de requisitos;
- Experiência em levantamento e mapeamento de processos operacionais utilizando BPMN, fluxogramas ou ferramentas similares;
- Experiência em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban ou similares);
- Experiência com Jira e Confluence;
- Pacote Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint e Word);
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Facilidade para interação com clientes e áreas de negócio;
- Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;
- Experiência trabalhando em equipes multidisciplinares.

Compensation Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for this role is: €42.800 — €67.700 EUR.
