• Translate business needs and stakeholder requirements into well-defined project scope and actionable plans for coordinated delivery approaches • Create and maintain robust project documentation across project phases with supporting assumptions and accurate risks for tracking • Engage in project estimation activities, involving all relevant teams to ensure accurate cost, effort and capacity assessments are conducted • Embed change management components into plans as required to ensure successful readiness and subsequent solution adoption • Establish and leverage meaningful governance models, providing timely status updates for awareness, escalation or decision making as needed • Conduct successful project closure, completing lessons learned and ensuring a sound transition to operations once a project is complete • Champion project and change management in the wider CBI Health community, providing mentorship and awareness as required • Participate as an effective and contributing member of the PMO team, working with and supporting other PMO team members as needed to deliver on the PMO mandate and CBI Health strategies
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise projects and working with senior leaders across functions
- Strong leadership skills and ability to flex style to work well with all stakeholders
- Delivery focused, resourceful and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PMP certification considered an asset
