Role Description As a Sr Lead Project Controls Specialist, you will play a critical role in steering strategic program management within the Custom Networks organization. This position demands a high initiative-taking and purposeful approach, as you also collaborate across key business units such as operations, finance, product, strategy, and sales to ensure precise forecasting and measure impactful outcomes. This role is critical for steering strategic program management where you will provide governance and insight, owning the integrated view of schedule, cost, and risk to ensure delivery against customer and business commitments. You turn complex deployment data into clear forecasts and decisions, drive early risk mitigation and escalations, and align cross-functional teams to deliver predictable, on-time, on-budget outcomes. Main Responsibilities - Own end-to-end deployment program governance, ensuring schedule, scope, cost, and customer commitments are met across Custom Networks. - Act as the single source of truth for deployment status, risks, and forward-looking confidence. - Drive structured risk analysis, root-cause investigation, and mitigation planning through all stages of deployment; escalate risks early with clear options and recommendations. - Govern deployment data integrity, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment between schedule data, deployment intent, and business commitments. - Leverage analytics, trends, and predictive insights to inform leadership decisions on sequencing, priorities, and trade-offs; translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. - Partner closely with Cost Controls to monitor budgets, forecasts, risks, and variances; assess financial impacts associated with schedule shifts, change requests, incentives, and penalties. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, regional teams, and cross-functional partners, driving alignment across regions and functions toward common priorities and expectations. - Lead deployment change impact management, ensuring stakeholders understand what is changing, why it matters, and required actions. - Deliver clear, concise, audience-tailored communications on progress, risks, escalations, and successes; ensure actions, owners, and due dates are defined and tracked. - Identify systemic pain points and bottlenecks; drive process improvements, lessons learned, and standardization across deployment programs. - Champion modern tools, automation, and AI-enabled insights to improve efficiency, predictability, and decision-making. - Set clear standards, coach best practices, and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and growth. Qualifications - Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, adaptability, and analytical thinking capabilities. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Over 5 years of experience in project controls, capable of managing high value and complex projects. - Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Advanced proficiency with standard Project/Program Management and Agile methodologies. - Strong command of tools such as MS Office Suite, OneVizion project tracking, and Power BI. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. • Drive national online fundraising efforts by developing and managing large-scale campaigns while supporting field staff and volunteers. • Emphasize innovation, scalability, and revenue growth across Ducks Unlimited’s digital fundraising platforms. • Design, implement, and manage Ducks Unlimited’s national online fundraising initiatives, including online auctions, raffles, sweepstakes, and virtual events. • Lead sports-based fundraising initiatives (e.g., brackets, survivor pools, pick’em games). • Create and manage campaign promotion plans across email, social media, web, and partner channels. • Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, and partners to grow participation and revenue. • Establish and maintain national fundraising calendars, campaign schedules, and products. • Monitor campaign performance and optimization based on data, trends, and user behavior. • Manage all aspects of post-campaign fulfillment, reporting, and analysis. • Assist in designing and implementing new fundraising concepts, tools, and strategies.

• Support Project Managers on Named Account customers and large-scale rollouts, keeping complex deployments on schedule • Attend project meetings and customer calls, capture detailed notes, and distribute clear summaries to all stakeholders • Maintain project documentation across all RetailNext platforms with consistent accuracy • Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent deployments • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project summaries for internal teams and external stakeholders • Generate accurate project quotes for large-scale deployments using established pricing models and customer-specific requirements • Process bulk upload requests for multi-store Named Account rollouts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness • Coordinate vendor communications, scheduling, and logistics for complex deployments • Process hardware return requests and coordinate RMA activities with the Operations team • Coordinate shipping schedules, delivery confirmations, and logistics tracking for high-volume projects • Maintain accurate data in SmartOps and keep project tracking systems current • Coordinate with Implementation Engineers on technical requirements and specifications • Flex support across the PMO team as workloads shift — any PM running a high-volume or strategic deployment may call on you • Identify workflow inefficiencies and bring concrete suggestions for how to fix them • Create documentation and best practice guides based on hands-on coordination experience • Support new team member onboarding and training program development • Meet PMO KPIs and uphold SLAs around documentation accuracy, quote processing timeframes, and internal coordination standards

• Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met • Manage cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.) • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders • Monitor project performance, including financials and profitability • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements • Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers • Report progress and escalate issues where needed • Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses • Mentor junior Project Managers when required
