Fundraising Project Manager
Ducks Unlimited
• Drive national online fundraising efforts by developing and managing large-scale campaigns while supporting field staff and volunteers. • Emphasize innovation, scalability, and revenue growth across Ducks Unlimited’s digital fundraising platforms. • Design, implement, and manage Ducks Unlimited’s national online fundraising initiatives, including online auctions, raffles, sweepstakes, and virtual events. • Lead sports-based fundraising initiatives (e.g., brackets, survivor pools, pick’em games). • Create and manage campaign promotion plans across email, social media, web, and partner channels. • Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, and partners to grow participation and revenue. • Establish and maintain national fundraising calendars, campaign schedules, and products. • Monitor campaign performance and optimization based on data, trends, and user behavior. • Manage all aspects of post-campaign fulfillment, reporting, and analysis. • Assist in designing and implementing new fundraising concepts, tools, and strategies.
Job Requirements
- A 4-year degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Experience with nonprofit fundraising, digital marketing, or e-commerce preferred
- Strong knowledge of online fundraising platforms, social media, and digital campaign execution
- Experience with or interest in sports-based fundraising models and audience engagement strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new ideas and scale successful initiatives
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency with MS Office and general web-based tools; ability to learn DU-specific systems
- Knowledge and experience using graphic design tools, such as Canva.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Ability and willingness to travel out of state for required meetings at a minimum of 3-4 times a year.
