Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with expertise in both frontend and backend development.
- Frontend experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript, including client-side integrations such as iframe-based embeds and Webflow.
- Backend experience with Python (FastAPI), Node.js microservices, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong foundation in data modeling, performance optimization, and data integrity.
- Proven ability to connect systems including APIs, AI and ML APIs, webhooks, data flows, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.

- Bias for Action - urgency is critical, expect that the timeline to get something done is accelerated.
- Ownership - step up if you see an opportunity to help, even if not your core responsibility.
- Humility and Respect - be willing to learn, be vulnerable, and treat everyone that interacts with RYZ with respect.
- Frugality - being frugal and cost conscious helps us do more with less.
