• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, growth plans, and operational needs, translating them into clear real estate strategies and recommendations • Lead end-to-end execution of real estate transactions (openings, renewals, relocations, closures) from intake through completion • Maintain accountability across cross-functional teams—including IT, Security, Construction, Finance, Legal, and external partners—by defining ownership, tracking deliverables, and ensuring consistent updates across all teams. • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption • Maintain accurate project and portfolio data in systems, ensuring decisions, risks, and timelines are documented and visible, while conducting post-project reviews to identify opportunities for improving processes, systems, and execution standards • Provide clear, concise communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership • Contribute to building scalable, repeatable real estate processes and increasing overall portfolio visibility

- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and risks

- Experience in real estate, workplace strategy, facilities, construction, or a related field
