HR Data Administrator

Role Description We are seeking a highly detail-oriented HR Data Administrator for a project-based contract role. The primary objective of this position is to digitize and migrate the contents of all existing employee files into Workday, our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately transferring employee records, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and proper organization throughout the process. - Review the contents of existing physical and/or digital employee files for completeness and accuracy. - Scan, organize, and digitize physical documents as needed. - Accurately upload and enter employee file contents into Workday, following established data structures and naming conventions. - Verify that all uploaded data and documents are correctly categorized, complete, and free of errors. - Identify and flag missing, incomplete, or inconsistent documentation to the HR team for resolution. - Maintain a tracking system to monitor migration progress and ensure no files are missed or duplicated. - Handle all employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and in compliance with applicable privacy regulations. - Apply good judgment and maintain discretion when making decisions and handling sensitive matters. - Provide periodic progress updates to the HR team. Qualifications - Background in HR, data migration, or records digitization projects. - Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems is an asset. - Proven administrative, data entry, or records management experience. - Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of records systematically. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines. - Discretion and a demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. - Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, PDF tools, scanning equipment). Role Description The HR Generalist plays an essential role in supporting Faithful Companion’s mission by partnering with leaders and employees across the organization. This position supports key HR functions including: - Employee relations - Recruitment - Benefits administration - Compliance - Training - Daily HR operations The HR Generalist ensures consistent application of policies while helping to maintain a respectful, compassionate, and compliant workplace culture.
